Merit Quota
HSCAP Allotment
Admissions to the merit quota are strictly conducted through the Higher Secondary Centralised Admission Process (HSCAP). Please view the prospectus on the HSCAP site for detailed guidelines.

Online Application
Apply online through the official HSCAP portal (hscap.kerala.gov.in) when the admission window opens.
Note: A Focus Point will be operating at the school during regular working hours to assist with the online application.

Option Entry
Select St. Thomas Higher Secondary School, Kozhencherry (School Code: 03022) and the courses available as your preferred choice during option entry.

Allotment Result
Check the allotment list published by HSCAP. If allotted to our school, download the allotment letter.

School Reporting
Report to the school office with the allotment letter and other required documents.

- Transfer and Conduct Certificate
- Copy of Aadhar Card
- Club certificates (if any)
- State / District level Kalotsavam certificates (if any)
- State / District level Sports and Games certificates (if any)
- Scout & Guide, NCC, SPC, Red Cross, etc. certificates (if any)
- National Talent Search Exam (NTSE) certificate (if any)
- Any other co-curricular activity certificates
- Caste and Income certificate (for reserved category candidates)
- Medical certificate (for differently-abled / IED candidates)
